For over 20 years, Gary Ulrich has built high quality custom homes in Tallahassee, on St. George Island, and many other communities along Florida's Gulf Coast. Our company prides itself on attention to detail, with an overall commitment to quality construction. Gary's homes are some of the finest along Florida's Gulf Coast.

Following in his father's and grandfather's footsteps, Gary has spent almost his entire life in and around the construction industry. He spent his summers working construction throughout high school and college. Gary graduated from Florida State University in 1977, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Arts Education. In 1981, Gary began teaching Graphic Arts and Architectural Drawing in Tallahassee, Florida, which he did for 18 years. During this same time Gary was also operating the construction company that he established in 1987. In 1994, an architect from Tallahassee inspired Gary to build a home on St. George Island. He has continued to build on St. George Island and along the Gulf Coast ever since.

In 1999, after many years of working in both education and construction, he made the decision to move into custom home building full time. Over the years, his business has expanded to include other areas along the Gulf Coast of Florida, from Summer Camp in St. James Island to WaterColor in Santa Rosa Beach.
